    Success!

I found my wedding dress!! I am so excited. Can't give much detail because Stu doesn't need to know what it looks like, but if you're not Stu and you want to know what it looks like just let me know, I have pictures! But needless to say, this is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I was worried I was going to end up trying on dresses while on crutches and in a huge leg brace, but thankfully that doesn't have to happen now. Praise the Lord! Still, looking for brides maides dresses but there is still plenty of time for that. I found pretty much the exact color I want though, so thats a starting point. What a successful day!

    I'm home...let the craziness begin!

I have been home now for almost 48 hours, and I have been busy....but my crazy schedule only gets crazier starting tomorrow! Yesterday was Liliy and Daevin's wedding...it was beautiful. I'm so glad I was able to be there to share their special time with them. It was fun having Christina stay with me as well! Tonight is a family Christmas party we all go to every year, should be fun although my parents can't go this year due to a prior engagement and my sis and I don't always know everyone there...should be interesting, but fun! Tomorrow I get to go shopping for wedding dresses and bride's maides dresses!! Christie and I are heading up to Fresno so see what they have to offer...I'm really hoping to find something I like so I don't have to worry about it anymore and so that I don't end up trying on wedding dresses while on crutches and in a freaking huge leg brace! Oh well, we'll see what happens. That's all for now...time to go do some holiday baking!! Yay!

    FREEDOM!!

Wahoo!! My finals are now officially over!! You cannot believe how excited I am! Or maybe you can...anyway...the busy-ness (I think I just made that word up) does not stop here, there's still so much to be done before Christmas and before my surgery. Oh well, it's all fun stuff so I don't mind. Yay for finals being over!

    Powder Blitz

I just want to take this time to say that my powederpuff team is awesome. Last night we had our end of the year/Christmas party with the team and it was great. Sara and I agree that in our 4 years on this team, this particular mix of girls was the best, both athletically, and socially. We all have so much fun together and its sad to think that this is my last team ever! But it was fun while it lasted!

Well, finals week presses on...2 down, 2 to go...by tomorrow night I will be done, hard to believe but definately ready.

    Oh the wonderful trolleys...

Ahh...Lesa and I on the trolley, now here's something you don't see very often...oh wait, yes you do twice a day every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. That's right, as seniors we were shippped of the the God forsaken Azusa Square three times a week only to have to walk a block to the shopping center where our class was held. Oh APU, growing too fast for your own good. Oh well, the semester is now over (minus finals) and never again do I have to worry about catching that one trolley that hits the Azusa Square stop once every hour, but I have to say it was fun while it lasted...or wait...maybe not...

    It's Crunch Time!

T minus 6 days until my semester is over! Wahoo!! However, in the mean time i have two 10 page papers and a 5 pager to do, not to mention the three finals to study for and take. Needless to say it's going to be a busy week. I'm hoping to knock out a 1o pager today but we'll see if that actually happens. Well, time to go eat some lunch and then get to work.

    Disneyland

So Disneyland tonight was interesting...it was my last time going while being an annual passholder, so sad. I love Disneyland at Christmas time, its so beautiful and so festive!! The only bummer was it was cold and rainy the whole day, and because of the rain my sister's performance on Main Street, U.S.A. was cancelled! Major bummer!! Ok, so by the picture you can see that I'm in a wheelchair...some of you might assume that I decided to take advantage of my recently injured knee and hop in a wheelchair to get to the front of all the lines...not so. Unfortunately, yesterday while home alone, not wanting to do my homework and deciding to be festive, I attempted to put up some Christmas lights in my apartment. Unfortunately for me, I lost my balance on the chair I was standing on, fell, not on my good knee but on the recently injured left knee, and completely blew out anything that you could in your knee. Over the past 24 hours I have experience the most excruciating pain I have ever felt in my entire life and needless to say can barely walk. So all this to say that the Disneyland wheelchair was absolutely needed and a pain in the butt. But thanks to Kirsten, Stuart, Tyler and Jess for being such good sports and wheeling me all over the Happiest Place on Earth. But despite all that, I still had fun at Disneyland with some of my most favorite people!

The Light at the End of the Tunnel

I'm finally beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel...only 11 more days until my semester is over, Praise the Lord! I still have a lot of work to do but suddenly I'm not so stressed about it because I know it will all get done and the end is in sight! This semester has been an interesting one for me...an emotional rollercoaster if you will. But I have learned a lot and I know God will continue to use the experiences I've had this semester to mold me into the person He wants me to be.

So far this weekend has been great! Yesterday was awesome. Jess and I went Christmas shopping (very unsuccessfully) and had dinner at the Elephant Bar, great place! Then last night consisted of Jess, Lesa, Porterhouse, Ananda and I spending our time playing games and listening to Christmas music. Suprisingly playing games all night long on a Friday night wasn't as lame as it sounds...trust me. Anyway, today will be spent doing homework, mostly writing those pesky papers I still have to do. Then tomorrow is my last Disneyland day seeing as how my annual pass expires next week. So bummed, but it's been a fun year and definately worth the money!! Also, my sis is singing tommorrow night at Disneyland in this special choir for their Christmas celebration, so it will be fun to see her sing there too! Ok, time to start working on the papers, because the sooner I start, the sooner I'll be done!!!
